The North East Wales Institute of Higher Education (NEWI) has been delivering education in the area since 1887 and is based in Wrexham in northeast Wales United Kingdom. It is easily accessible by road and train and is approx a 40-minute drive from Liverpool and Manchester airports.
NEWI is located on the edge of a thriving and increasingly popular town all of which is within walking distance. Wrexham town provides a variety of entertainment including cinema, many restaurants, pubs, and a growing shopping centre with well known international stores in addition to the local indoor market.

NEWI has arranged for discounted rates at the Ramada Plaza Hotel a short walk away, which can be negotiated when you book by providing evidence of attendance at a NEWI conference. This is a popular hotel so it advised that bookings are made as early as possible. All food and entertainment is included in the conference fee in addition to one copy of the published conference proceedings. Early booking is advised, as there are a limited number of places available.
